Keynote Advances State-of-the-Art for Web Application Performance Management at Global Internet Performance Conference in Manhattan

Over 225 Leading Business Executives and Industry Analysts Attend 5th Annual GIPC Event


SAN MATEO, California — November 5, 2003 — Over 225 leading e-business executives in the IT world representing the Fortune 1000 and industry analysts gathered in New York City last week at the annual Keynote Global Internet Performance Conference (GIPC) to discuss how to optimize the online customer experience. The conference drew executives from dozens of major corporations throughout the United States including American Express, 3M, Aetna, Barnes & Noble, Cisco, Columbia House, Ebay, HP, IBM, J.P. Morgan Chase, Pershing, Motorola, Palm, Sprint, Siebel, State Farm, Sun Microsystems, Wells Fargo and Zurich North America.

The Keynote GIPC provided the stage for the launch of several new Keynote Web performance management services which position Keynote further inside the firewall and complement the existing enterprise management software Keynote customers already use. The solutions extend and expand Keynote’s portfolio of ‘Total Performance Management’ (TPM) services for benchmarking, diagnosing, testing and managing e-business systems.
