Live Online Training with a Keynote Representative

Keynote provides free live training sessions with members of our technical staff several times each month. All you need to participate is a computer with an Internet connection and a telephone.

Keynote 101: An introduction to Keynote products and services

When: Pre-recorded training available at Support Central

If you’re new to Keynote’s Web performance test and measurement products, this live training is for you. In this training, we cover:

  • Keynote Products Overview: An overview of the many products offered by Keynote.
  • Keynote Internet Testing Environment (KITE): KITE is used by customers to create scripts that check the performance and availability of the sites they want to monitor.
  • Keynote Service Center (KSC): KSC is the portal used by customers to provision scripts so they can be run using Keynote’s global agent infrastructure.
  • MyKeynote: The MyKeynote portal is used by customers to view Web site availability and performance data, generate reports and configure alarms.
